Three suspects, including a teenager, have been arrested and charged in the fatal shooting of Philly rapper PnB Rock on Sept. 13 while he was eating at Roscoe’s House of Chicken ‘N Waffles, authorities said Thursday.

The criminal case accuses father and son of murder and robbery. The stepmother was accused of being an accessory after the fact.

The teenager and stepmother are in jail in Los Angeles, and the father was arrested Thursday afternoon in Las Vegas by the FBI’s fugitive task force.

Freddie Lee Throne, 40, and his 17-year-old son have been charged with murder and conspiracy to commit robbery. The father also faces two counts of second-degree murder.

Los Angeles police said the teenager was arrested in Lawndale Tuesday morning.

Shontel Throne, 38, who has been identified as the 17-year-old’s stepmother, faces one count of conspiracy.

District Attorney George Gascon released a statement calling the brazen killing of the popular rapper “heartless and cruel.”

“Mr. Allen’s murder dimmed a bright light in the lives of his fans, friends and most importantly, his family,” Gascon said.

Court documents accuse the father and son of jointly robbing PnB Rock while he was dining with his girlfriend at a restaurant on Manchester Blvd.

Los Angeles Police Chief Michelle Moore says PnB Rock was wearing what he called “a large amount” of jewelry when he was attacked.

The criminal complaint also suggests that someone at the restaurant may have passed the Trone to someone who was sitting inside with a large amount of jewelry.

The complaint alleges that the 17-year-old shot PnB Rock once in the chest, then two more times in the back before demanding the PnB girl’s jewelry.

Prosecutors say the 17-year-old boy appeared in Compton Juvenile Court on Thursday and will be back in court next month for a preliminary hearing.
