Umbridge, Pennsylvania (KDKA) – Two people have been arrested after police seized large quantities of drugs, several weapons and more than $ 23,000 in cash during a raid on a house in Beaver County.

Police returned with a search warrant and said they seized more than two kilograms of fentanyl, cocaine, heroin and marijuana along with nearly $ 23,000 in cash. Officers also found several guns, including an AR-15, an AK-47 and a mini-machine gun, police said.

A man and a woman were arrested and taken to Beaver County Jail.

“I would like to thank all the Umbridge police officers who participated in this drug ban with our community. It’s a big job to say nothing, “said Chief John DeLuca said in a statement on Facebook.

“I would also like the Umbridge community to watch the great work of the police in their community. These drugs and weapons could have entered our community if not for the quick and professional response of the Umbridge police, ”DeLuca said. .
