Allentown police said three people were seriously injured early Saturday morning in a shooting in the 900 block of North Fourth Street.
Officers responded to a report of shots fired in the banquet hall just after 1 a.m. and found three victims, police said. All three were taken to hospital with serious injuries, police added
Police said the banquet hall was being used for a private party when the two men got into an argument. One of the men pulled out a gun and shot the other man, and during that altercation a woman was also wounded by a bullet, police said. The shooter then turned the gun on himself, suffering a gunshot wound to the head, police said.
At the moment, all parties involved in the incident are being investigated, there is no danger to the public, according to the police.
Police have not released the identities of the three suspects. According to a representative of the department, the investigation is ongoing.
