The crews are at the scene in the 1500 Spring Garden Avenue quarter on Friday. The road in the area is closed as crews assess the situation.
At about 3 pm, officials began to call about the slide, which, according to them, is currently unstable.
Because of the slide a tree fell on the Shell gas station, and the building was cut off from electricity. No casualties were reported.
