EAST GOSCHEN – A man from West Chester was arrested after a car accident after police found he had a loaded pistol.
On May 6, 2022 at 14:26 the Westtown East Goshen Regional Police was directed to a traffic accident with three vehicles at the intersection of Airport Road and Wilson Drive in the town of East Goshen. At the scene, investigators learned that the man was found with a loaded firearm without a permit for concealed weapons from the state of Pennsylvania. Todd Shevchik was arrested and taken to Central Booking to await charges on the charges. No one was injured in the accident, police said.

On May 5, 2022, the OPD was sent to Oxford District Court to establish contact with a man who allegedly had an active arrest warrant. Contact was made with Derrick Lamont Mangham, 41, of Oxford, who was found with a Chester trial warrant and arrest warrants from Coatesville Police Department and Lincoln University. Mangum was taken into custody and transported by constables to Chester County Jail.
On April 29, 2022, the OPD was sent to the 400th Quarter of Market Street for domestic unrest. The victim told police that 29-year-old Aftab Gul from Oxford hit her and knocked her to the ground. The victim received injuries that corresponded to her schedule. Further investigation revealed that the victim had an active order to protect against abuse from New York, which forbade Gul to have any contact with her. Gul was arrested and taken to Chester County Jail to await a preliminary hearing in Oxford County Court and hearings on PFA violations in New York City.

Williams was treated and then transported to Chester County Jail for charges. Bail was set at $ 50,000 without collateral.
