At the premiere for her new clip “I drink wine”, a singer Adele talked about her future plans to return to the classroom.

Although she is scheduled to return to Las Vegas for her residency, which begins in November and runs through March 2023, she said at a Q&A event in Los Angeles promoting her new video that she plans get a college degree.

“After Las Vegas, I really want to get a degree in English literature,” she said. – If I had not achieved success in singing, I think I would definitely be a teacher. I think I would become an English teacher.”

Adele added that she is currently using her “passion for the English language in what I do”.

“But even if I don’t go to work with my degree, I wish I had gone to university, I wish I had that experience,” she said, adding that despite , which she missed in person, she plans to take classes online.

“I won’t go to university, I will study online and with a tutor, but that’s my plan for 2025,” she said.

Adele graduated from the School of Performing and Creative Arts in May 2006 and released her first album, 19, in January 2008.

“I’d like to act, I know what kind of movie I want to be in,” she said. “I’m often asked to do things that have to do with music, which I think is too obvious for me.”

She said she enjoyed the recent Elvis biopic and even texted director Baz Luhrmann asking him not to retire so she could star in one of his films.
