Brad Pitt’s new gender-neutral skin care line has had its claim corrected to include “NO preservatives”.

Le Domaine’s website, which sells the Fight Club actor’s serums, boasted before being updated to instead say the products contain no preservatives.

The mistake is understood to have been due to a poor translation, and before making the changes the range statement said: “We have carefully selected our ingredients and created a very strict blacklist that excludes ingredients that are controversial about the environment or natural balance the body

“FREE of preservatives such as parabens, phenoxyethanol, MIT, triclosan, chlorphenesin, BHA BHT.”

Brad’s brand includes gender creams made with olive oil from the Château Miraval vineyard, which the 58-year-old bought with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, 47, in 2012 and which is at the center of the former couple’s legal cases. .

The actor’s Cleansing Emulsion costs $80 (£73), the serum costs $385 (£354) and the cream costs $320 (£294).

The Fluid Cream, scheduled for release in 2023, will also be available for $310 (£285).

The products are said to be made up of the “powerful properties” of grape seeds grown at Château Miraval, and the website where they are sold says: “Le Domaine wants to help slow the aging process of the skin and give everyone, regardless of gender or skin type, the opportunity to age well.”

Brad said of the range: “The aim is to mimic the organic cycles of nature, its pristine beauty. There is no waste in nature.

“Anything left over or thrown away becomes food for something else. This exemplary circular system was the inspiration for Le Domaine.”

But the actor added that he doesn’t want to “run away from aging” and told Vogue that it’s “a concept we can’t escape from.”

He said he took inspiration for the products from his ex-girlfriend Gwyneth Paltrow, who is about to turn 50, and revealed on her wellness website Goop on Thursday (22.09.22) that she was learning to deal with her wrinkles ahead of the big birthday.

Brad added: “I love what Gwyneth has done (with Goop). She (Gwyneth) is still a very dear friend and she built this empire.

“She always had that as a curator, and it was a great creative outlet for her.

“Actually, come to think of it, she was probably the first person to make me even wash my face twice a day…maybe.”

The launch of Le Domaine comes after it emerged that the company, formerly owned by Angelina Breda’s ex, is suing the actor for $250m (£230m) for ‘stealing’ their Miraval wine business.

Angelina’s complaint comes after Brad sued Angelina for illegally selling her stake in Château Miraval.

The actor, who has six children with Angelina, has launched legal proceedings in Luxembourg, claiming her 10% transfer is invalid and the case is pending.
