Brandywine Heights, Exeter, Governor Mifflin Releases District 3 Volleyball Boys’ Quarterfinals

Braden Ambruster made 13 assists, five assists, two aces and one block to Brandywine Heights, who received his seventh seed, losing 3-0 (25-18, 25-14, 25-21) to second seeded York Suburban in Grade 3 District 2Volleyball quarterfinal for boys on Saturday in York.
Seamus Coffin gave up 20 assists and four shots for the division division champion Berks Bullets (13-7). Evan Staud had seven homicides, seven homicides and two homicides, and Dylan Miller had three blocks and two homicides for Bullets.
Two Berks League teams lost away in the quarter-finals of Class 3A and also finished the seasons.
Fifth seeded Exeter (14-3), champion of Berks I, lost 3-0 (25-19, 25-19, 25-17) to Warwick, who sat under number four (15-1).
And in Harrisburg, Governor Mifflin (15-5), the champion of the Berks League, under the ninth seed, lost 3-0 (25-11, 25-9, 25-22) to the central dauphin, which was sown under the first number (17- 0).
Exeter and Governor Mifflin did not provide details.
