Bupkis: Eddie Falk as Pete Davidson’s Mom in Peacock | Entertaining news

Soprano veteran Eddie Falk goes from drama to comedy for a twist Peacockfuture series Bupkis.

The role of the actress was announced in time NBCUniversal Upfront presentation that revealed she will be playing Pete DavidsonMother ‘s in the show, which is also written by the executive producer Saturday night live cast. Falk and Davidson showed up together to share news at the event.

Bupkis – is a half-hour comedy with a live action movie, which acts as an enhanced fictional version of the real life of Pete Davidson. The show will combine a grounded narrative with absurd elements of Davidson’s unfiltered original worldview.

Judah Miller acts as the show’s showrunner and co-wrote with Dave Sirus and Davidson, all with the show’s executive producer Lorne MichaelsAndrew Singer and Erin David. Bupkis comes from Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group and is a Broadway Video producer.

Falk is best known for her role as Carmela Soprano HBOesteemed prestigious drama Soprano in which she played a wife James GandolfiniMafia boss Tony Soprano. Among her other main roles is the main character Show timeformer series Nurse Jackie.

Among the actress’ upcoming credits James Cameron‘s Avatar continued as well HBO Maxfuture film Parenting in which she is filmed opposite Continuity‘s Brian Cox.
