Cutztown, Twin Valley, Conrad Weiser win the 3rd District Softball Playoffs

Cutztown turned one hit, a move, a rebound and two errors into three runs to break a draw on the road to a 5-2 victory over Oli Valley in the quarter-finals of Class 3A 3A on Monday in Cutztown Park.
In the semifinals on Thursday at 13:30, the Cougars, sown under the second seed (17-5), will host the third Bermudian Springs, who won 8-0 over Anville-Cleon on Monday.
Lynx, seeded seventh (8-12), made two runs in the first before Cutztown equaled two in the second.
Megan Dietrich went 1-on-2 with the run and Brittany Knocker 1-on-1 with the run for Puma, who had five strokes.
Joel Glick won 2-on-2, and Kendall Rohrbach 1-on-3 with a double and two RBIs for Lynx, who also had five strokes.
Butter made four mistakes and Cutzown made two.
Twin Valley 5, Solanco 1: The Quarryville 11th seeded Raiders (15-7) scored three wounds in the fifth to break a 1-1 draw on their way to victory over the Golden Mules, seeded sixth (14-6) in District 3 Class 5A game first circle.
The Twin Valley will head to the quarter-finals on Thursday at 16:30 in Lampeter-Strasbourg, which sat under the third seed (15-4), on Monday at 16:30 the Pioneers beat No. 14 in North York 6-3.

Conrad Weiser 8, Kenard Dale 4: In Robesonia, the eighth-seeded Scouts (12-8) received 15 shots, beating the Rams, seeded ninth (11-10) in the first round match of Class 3A of District 4A.
Emily Caretas and winning pitcher Kaylee Richmond went 3-on-4 with RBI, Alex Treven went 2-on-3 with a triple, two runs and three RBIs, and Abby Franz was 3-on-4 with two Weiser credits.
The Scouts, who have won their first district game since 2015, will travel to Hamburg with the best seed (16-4), which said goodbye in the first round, for the quarter-final match on Thursday at 16:30.
Manheim Township 12, Governor Mifflin 0 (5): In Nefsville, the Mustangs under the ninth seed (12-9) managed just three shots in the first round of District 3 Class 6A, losing to the Blue Strikes, ranked eighth (12-9).
Mannheim Township scored one race in the first, four in the second, two in the third and five in the fourth.
Warwick 4, Wilson 3: In Lititsy “Warriors” with the sixth sowing (13-5) scored three wounds in the fourth to overcome the deficit 3-1 on the way to victory over the “Bulldogs” with the 11th sowing (9-10) in the first round of the 3rd class 6A – Round game.
In Wilson, Tatum Worley put 3-on-4 with doubles and running, Abigail Horace was 2-on-3 with running and RBI, and Abby Mainhold was 2-on-3 with running and RBI.
