Musk mocked the media, tweeting: “One of the best trolls of all time.” Ligma told members of the media that this makes him worry about the future of our democracy… the future of celebrity survival.”

“Michelle Obama wouldn’t have happened if Elon Musk owned Twitter. Obama in 2008 would not have happened without Elon Musk owning Twitter,” he was quoted as saying. “I even have a Tesla, man. I am a big supporter of clean energy, climate change and even freedom of speech,” Ligma told media.

Musk fired Agrawal, Segal, campaign policy chief Vijay Gade; Sean Edgett, General Counsel, Twitter; and chief customer Sarah Personette. The managers dismissed by Musk were to receive solid payments.
