Gary Busey spotted in a parka wearing round-ankle pants as he may have needed to pee” | Celebrities

Gary Busey’s representative claimed that the actor was seen wearing ankle-length pants in the park as he may have needed to relieve himself.

A spokesman for the 78-year-old offered the explanation after the “Point Break” star was photographed in broad daylight with his pants down and his hands stuck in his crotch, a day after he was charged with sex offences.

They told Page Six: “Gary often sits on the bench in front of his house to meditate and look out at the ocean.

“Our only guess is that maybe at his age he realized he couldn’t get to the bathroom in time, which would explain what happened in the video of him on the bench.”

Busey, nominated for a Best Actor Oscar for his role in 1978’s The Buddy Holly Story, was spotted out and about in Pointe Dume Park in Malibu on Saturday afternoon (08/22/20).

His representative emphasized that Busey was on private property, but he was in full view of the public wearing a shirt emblazoned with the words “Point Break,” in which he played a rebellious FBI agent.

Bussey was filmed sitting on a bench at an observation deck where he sat down, took out his phone and pulled down his pants.

He lowered his hand, clenched his jaw, and looked around, apparently to see if he was being followed.

Busey then lit a cigar and stared at the ocean for about half an hour before getting back in his car and leaving the park.

Meanwhile, the actor denied allegations that he groped two women at a convention earlier this month.

He faces two counts of criminal sexual contact, one count of criminal assault or criminal sexual contact and one count of harassment, stemming from allegations that he inappropriately touched two fans at a Monster-Mania event in New Jersey. Busey told TMZ on Monday (08/22/22) that “nothing happened” to his accusers and he has “no regrets at all” about how he behaved at the horror film convention at the Doubletree Hotel on Route 70, held from August 12 to 14.

When asked if the allegations were true, Busey added: “It was all false. I don’t care because there are no charges.”

He insisted his interaction with the “two girls” lasted “less than 10 seconds” and claimed they then left.

Busey added, “Then they made their story.”

The actor was charged Friday (08/19/22) with two counts of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, one count of attempted fourth-degree sexual assault and one count of harassment, according to a Cherry Hill police release.

Lt. Robert Schoenemann said of the force, “It was about contact, it was about touch.”
