Harry Styles is still writing his fourth solo album | Music

Harry Styles is already writing songs for his fourth solo album.

The ‘How It Was’ hitmaker only released his record-breaking third album ‘Harry’s House’ in May, but he’s continued to work on new tunes for the follow-up.

In a wide-ranging interview with Rolling Stone, he said, “I’m always writing.

“I think we’re all really excited to get back into it, which seems crazy because we just released an album.”

The former One Direction star has received her first ever Mercury Prize nomination for a chart-topping album.

Harry was shortlisted for the prestigious music award, making it to the list of the best albums of the year.

The 28-year-old ‘gold’ hitmaker will compete against the likes of Sam Fender’s ‘Seventeen Going Under’ and Little Simz’s ‘Sometimes I Might Be Introvert’ to be the overall winner on September 8 at London’s Eventim Apollo, Hammersmith. .

The shortlist also includes Self Esteem, Joy Crookes, Fergus McCreadie, Gwenno, Jessie Buckley and Bernard Butler, Kojey Radical, Nova Twins, Wet Leg and Yard Act.

Meanwhile, the ‘Late Night Talking’ singer is said to have turned to golf to relax while on tour.

Harry has been playing the game for years, but has been trying to get into as many rounds as possible after touring as a solo star.

A source recently told The Sun’s Bizarre column: ‘Harry likes to relax by playing golf. Having over 60,000 fans screaming your name with every move can be overwhelming.

“Golf is the complete opposite of a stadium show – it’s laid back and inherently privacy-friendly, so it’s perfect. Harry has made sure to check out as many golf courses as he can when he travels the world. He’s even added clothes to play in golf to your luggage.’

During their One Direction days, Harry and his bandmate Niall Horan, also 28, often played golf together, and Niall founded the golf management company Modest! Golf 2016.
