High Point falls on Calvary Christian Mountain in match for third place in 3rd grade 1A basketball for boys

In the second quarter, High Point was 17 points ahead and turned a five-point lead to a 12-point deficit in a 66-54 defeat to Christian Calvary by Christian Calvary in a match for third place in 3rd Class 1A on Monday night in Elizabethtown.
The Eagles, seeded third (21-6), led 18-13 after the quarter, but outscored 25-8 in the second as Chargers (25-2) led 38-26 at the break. Evan Dumans scored 13 of his team’s top 22 points in the second quarter for Calvary Mount Christian.
Nate East topped High Point with 23 points. Drew Hoffman was 13 and Austin was 11 on May.
Reagan Mumov scored 19 points and Avery Kopcha – 14 on Mount Calvary.
Let Point, who has already taken a place in the states, open the game in the PIAA tournament on March 8 against the District 4 champion.
