House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s husband undergoes ‘successful’ surgery after violent attack

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi’s husband was attacked by an intruder at their home in San Francisco on Friday morning. An 82-year-old man underwent “successful” surgery to repair a fractured skull, the speaker’s office said. Police said he was attacked with a hammer.
