KSI is “always in pristine condition”.
The 29-year-old rap star is currently preparing to fight the Swarmz rapper, followed by Mexico’s Luis Alcaraz Pinedaón on August 27, and KSI has promised he will be in top form for the fight at London’s O2 Arena.
When asked about his preparation for fights, KSI shared, “It’s making sure I’m doing what I’m good at and then doing it again.
“After that we did a heavy cardio workout where I did four rounds on the mountain climber, three minutes of which I did hard, hard (hard as am************r).
“After that I would take a little break, have lunch, and then after dinner maybe watch TV, play games, and then do some more.
“Sometimes it might be a sprint session where I just sprint a few times and we do it eight times, trying to get it under three minutes. After that, I’ll have a minute break and then we do it again as many times as we think is necessary.
“Other days we can just box more and just keep punching and work on shoulder endurance and watch when I’m in the ring.”
The ‘Poppin” hitmaker insists he never feels tired thanks to his relentless training regime.
He said, “I never get tired. My hands never get tired. I’m always in pristine condition.”
KSI – whose real name is Olajide ‘JJ’ Olatunji – also claims he hasn’t had a day off since the fights were announced.
The YouTuber-turned-rapper explained that working out has become part of his “lifestyle.”
He told Men’s Health magazine: “This was the year I decided to make working out a lifestyle, so yes, I work out pretty much every day. On days when it’s not that hard, I do something like a 10K. It’s an easy day for me.”
