Jennifer Flavin accused Sylvester Stallone of concealing marital assets.

The 54-year-old model filed for divorce after 25 years of marriage, and in court documents obtained by TMZ, she accused the Hollywood star of hiding assets.

Court documents state: “Upon information and belief, the husband has engaged in willful embezzlement, depletion and/or waste of family assets, which has had a negative economic impact on the family property. Pursuant to Section 61.075 of the Florida Statutes, equity dictates that a wife be compensated and made whole by receiving an unequal distribution of marital property in her favor. Moreover, the husband shall be prohibited from selling, transferring, appropriating, encumbering or dispersing any property during the pendency of the case.’

On Friday (08/19/22), Flavin filed a “dissolution of marriage and other relief” petition in a Florida court.

Stallone, who has daughters Scarlett, 20, Sistine, 24, and Sophia, 25, with his wife, later said in a statement: “I love my family. We solve these personal problems amicably and privately.”

Flavin – who first met Stallone at a restaurant in Beverly Hills, California in 1988 – celebrated their silver wedding anniversary on social media earlier this year.

Alongside some photos of herself and her husband, Flavin wrote on Instagram: “Happy 25th wedding anniversary! [heart emojis] Thank you for always making me laugh, loving and protecting our wonderful family! (yes)”

The model also said that their marriage “gets better every year.”

Flavin, who owns the Serious Skincare brand, wrote on the photo-sharing platform: “Every year our marriage gets better! I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together! [heart emojis] (yes)”
