Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s wedding in Georgia was so “freaking beautiful” that guest Kevin Smith was “screaming everything”.

The 52-year-old comedian and filmmaker, who starred alongside Ben in such films as ‘Chasing Amy’ and ‘Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back’, said he initially did not attend the lavish party at Ben’s grand mansion, but later he spoke of how “extremely emotional” the ceremony was.

Jason Muse, who played Jay in Jay and Silent Bob, was also there with his wife, Jordan Monsanto.

Kevin said of the photo of the foursome at the party: “I posted a couple of pictures of me and my friends, my wife [Jennifer Schwalbach Smith] and Jay [Mewes] and wife Jay Jordan [Mansanto] in white clothes and on Twitter and on Instagram – never said what I do.

“And I just read a bunch of articles that said I was at Ben Affleck’s wedding, man. The two things seem to be fused.’ He quipped, “I was just wearing white.”

He continued: “That being said, if I had been to that wedding – damn, it was one of the most beautiful events I’ve ever been to in my life.

“I can’t share the details because they have to share.”

However, keeping it coy, he gushed to Entertainment Tonight: “I cried.

“I cry all the time. I cry watching episodes of Flash. I cry watching Degrassi, for god’s sake. But I kept screaming because it was so damn beautiful. So beautiful.”

The event came after the couple tied the knot in Las Vegas in July, with close friends and family following the couple down the aisle at the property.

Guests also included Ben’s three children from his marriage to Jennifer Garner – Violet, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Samuel, 10 – and Jennifer’s 14-year-old twins Max and Emme from her marriage to Marc Anthony.

Ben and JLo – nicknamed ‘Bennifer’ – hit the massive white carpet with the bride, 53, wearing a white Ralph Lauren couture dress complete with a long train and veil, while Ben, 50, was dressed in a black and white tuxedo.

Photos showed the couple cuddling up on the mansion’s dock, with fireworks from a lake on the property.

The pair tied the knot 20 years after the couple dated and got engaged only to call off their 2003 wedding.
