Keller Williams Platinum Realty

Brad Weissman, realtor/co-owner of Keller Williams Platinum Realty in Wyomissing, is celebrating 30 years in real estate. Weissman has been a prominent Realtor since 1992 with experience selling residential real estate in the surrounding Berks County area and has completed over 1,700 real estate transactions during his career. With 30 years of success in the business, Weissman says staying relevant in all markets is the industry’s biggest challenge.

For the past 30 years, Weissman has made it his mission to be involved in the community through volunteer work. He has developed and continues to develop lasting relationships with the organizations he serves, those he works with, and the community members he serves.

He said his biggest philanthropic contribution was to the Cystic Fibrosis Gala Committee, where he served for 19 years, raising more than $1.5 million that went to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to help find a cure. He also worked for the Olivet Boys and Girls Club, volunteered for Meals on Wheels, was president of the Greater Reading Mental Health Alliance and served on the board of directors for the Animal Rescue League. He currently serves on the Habitat for Humanity Birdhouse Challenge committee.

Albright College

The Board of Trustees of Albright College has appointed Dwight Davis, Division Master. ’97 for a three-year term as a trustee of Albright College. Davis is a 1997 Albright graduate.

DWIGHT DAVIS

Davis has worked with elected officials to create solutions for high-needs students and has served nearly two decades as a fifth-grade teacher, award-winning administrator, and English and language arts teacher in Washington, DC. In July 2021, he became an advisor to Bradley Holdings LLC, an entrepreneurial business development and real estate investment company in Rockford, Michigan. He is currently the lead partner of the CityBridge Action Fund.

A member of the Albright College Athletics Hall of Fame (basketball) and the Black College Alumni Association, Davis holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, history and education from Albright, a master of divinity degree and a master of arts degree in education from Princeton Theological Seminary, a teaching certificate from Princeton University, a reading and literacy certificate from George Washington University and a leadership certificate from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

He previously served as an Albright trustee from 2016 to 2020, serving on the Student Affairs Committee and Speakers Advisory Group. His oldest son graduated from Albright with a degree in music in May 2022.

Pottstown Hospital-Tower Health

Theresa Sedzo, PA-C, MSA, has joined Pottstown Hospital’s Health Care Program. She has 30 years of experience as a comprehensive occupational health care provider with experience in medical clinic management.

TERESA CEDZO

Cedzo previously worked at MedCenter 100 (formerly Brandywine Occupational Health-Tower Health) in Exton. She joins Pottstown Hospital as an occupational health care provider and will also lead the hospital’s clinical support team.

Pottstown Hospital’s healthcare team specializes in providing services to commercial and industrial clients in the Outpatient Building on the Tri-County Business Campus, 81 Robinson St. in Pottstown. The team also provides on-site services. Professional staff provides comprehensive occupational health services such as occupational injury care and case management, medical examinations and testing based on employer or industry policy, police medical examinations, OSHA regulatory medical surveillance services, DOT regulatory testing and medical certification exams, state and local employer health issues, worker health, education and travel medicine.

Tri-County Chamber of Commerce

Lisa Ravus has joined the Tri-County Chamber of Commerce as Director of Member Relations and Engagement.

Ravus attended Moravian College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in vocals. She continued her studies at North Central University to earn a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in strategic management. She is an honorary member of Northcentral University’s Lambda Eta chapter of the Delta Mu Delta (DMD) International Business Honor Society and a President’s Fellow of the National Society for Leadership and Success.

McCarthy Engineering Associates Inc.

Anderson E. Deutschman has joined McCarthy Engineering Associates Inc. as a project engineer. In his new role as project engineer, Deutschman’s responsibilities include assisting the team with various projects, such as permitting approvals, plan reviews, and creating AutoCAD drawings to help team members visualize and analyze designs more easily and efficiently.
