A man caught on camera is wanted in connection with at least three sexual assaults — including one near Rittenhouse Square and another along Kelly Drive — in Philadelphia in recent weeks.

Philadelphia Police posted a video Friday morning, the man, believed to be in his 30s, was seen around 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 17, 2022, along South 21st Street near Spruce Street in Center City and another day along Kelly Drive to Fairmount Park.

Police have not released the time or exact location of the attack on Kelly Drive, nor have they released any details about the third attack, which they said took place at an undisclosed location.

“He frequents the Rittenhouse Square area of ​​Central City Philadelphia, as well as the Kelly Drive area of ​​Fairmount Park,” police said.

Investigators believe the attacker is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and of thin build. He has a thick beard and “alternately wears prescription glasses and dark aviator sunglasses,” police said.

Police said he was wearing a black knit cap, khakis and a black jacket or black T-shirt at the time of the attacks. His shoes were found to be “black canvas Nike tennis shoes with a white sole and a white check mark,” police said.

After the attack on Kelly Drive, he appeared to be walking toward a red Ford Focus hatchback, investigators said in YouTube video.

“If you see the suspect not approaching, call 911 immediately,” police said.
