It looks like a new phishing scam is out now: Verified users of the social media platform Twitter have received a “Removal Notice” from a verified user stating that their account is invalid. Scammers send users notifications that they have been blacklisted, and to keep the blue badge, users need to file an appeal by clicking on the link via NewAppealStart.
