Ricketts Glen State Park has closed part of the Falls Trail due to a partial rock ledge collapse, according to the Ricketts Glen State Park DCNR.
The Glen Lee Falls Trail side is now closed and will remain closed until the problem is fixed. Park staff are working to fix the problem as soon as possible.
The closed section runs from the Highland Trail to Waters Meath.
The remainder of the Falls Trail system (Rose Lake to the trailhead of PA118 and the Highland Trail) is still open until frost sets in. During the winter, the rest of the trail will be closed as usual.
