ROYERSFORD — Healing Energies and Wellness Center, formerly Healing Energies Chiropractic Center, is looking forward to the grand opening of its new health, wellness and federal trauma center on Thursday, September 29th.

“We are excited to expand our commitment to the community,” said Dan Falcone, the Center’s operations manager. “We will expand our offerings to energy work and health.”

Dr. Heidi Pendleton, chiropractor and owner of Energy Healing and Wellness Center in Royersford.

The Center’s move from a smaller 1,200-square-foot facility in Royersford, Montgomery County, where it has been located since its inception eight years ago, was prompted by a desire to offer a broader range of services in a larger location. The new location, also located in Royersford, is 4,000 square feet.

“We’ve been in this business long enough that we were pleased to expand our space and services,” Falcone said. “We started with chiropractic and added massage therapy, Reiki energy work and more.”

The center also offers inner child healing, lifestyle coaching, pranic healing, theta healing, zero-gravity massage chairs, therapeutic yoga and nutrition classes.

“It started as a dream of a place that is a one-stop shop that offers alternative health care to meet everyone’s needs,” said Dr. Heidi Pendleton, D.C., who owns the center. “Here we meet physical, emotional, nutritional, spiritual, chemical and energetic needs.”

As of eight months ago, the Center is also certified in providing case management and therapy for federally injured workers.

“This is an area where federal workers are injured on the job, such as postal workers who may have suffered a back injury,” Falcone said. “It’s hard to get claims approved by the government, so we’re helping them get their claims approved so they can get the help they need.”

Falcone said the Center helps make the entire process less of a hassle for federal workers.

“The workers don’t have to pay us anything — once their claims are approved, we get the money from the government,” he said, adding that they hope to expand and offer more centers in the future, as they are currently the only federal center injuries. in Pennsylvania.

In addition to federal trauma care offerings, the Center has a Zen Studio where yoga and meditation classes are offered by instructors who rent the space.

“The most exciting thing is that we’re actually very quickly attracting all the necessary, amazing, talented people and practitioners who are able to give the community what it needs,” Pendleton said. “There are so many things we offer that are mind, body and soul.”

Classes are currently held in the evening, but the Center is interested in expanding daytime offerings in the future.

“Because we have a lot of seniors in our community, we’d like to offer chair yoga and things like that to help seniors stay flexible and young,” Falcone said.

The Center’s loyal fans can be attributed to the personal approach they extend to each client with Dr. Pendleton serving as the Center’s lead chiropractor. There is also a nurse on site.

“We treat you like family,” Falcone said. “For those seeking our federal trauma care, they will drive an hour to see us.”

Despite more than doubling the space, Pendleton said the Center’s new location hasn’t lost its positive attributes.

“It’s comfortable, with love, care, nurturing and inspiration, and I think that’s what people need and what I want to bring to society,” she said.
