Thanks to those who participate in the Upper Dublin Medals program – thereporteronline

The 38th annual Upper Dublin Medal Program has managed to retain its meaning and brilliance.
The event honored the winners of the Upper Dublin Medal of 2022: Barbara Mas, citizen; Amy Gelman, special education teacher; Eric’s RX Shoppe, Business; Will Kaplan and Luke Price, high school students. Also recognized were finalist students William Duffy, Lauren Howie, Noah Lee and Erin Mutt.
The achievements noted during the program characterize the generous charisma found in the Upper Dublin community. More than 190 awards have been presented since the program began; previous medalists were noted in the memory program booklets, and those present were noted. It also made it clear that a community that values its own matters.
Many thanks to the sponsors of the event: Boles, Smyth Associates; Timony Knox, LLP; Temple Ambler Campus; Ambler Area YMCA; Kirkland Printing & Business Solutions; Ambler Flower Shop and Manufacturers’ Country Club Golf Club. Thanks are also due to The Ambler Gazette, the previous Upper Dublin Medal winner, for all-round support.
Thank you to all participants and sponsors from four partners: Upper Dublin, the Upper Dublin School District, the Fort Washington Business Alliance and the Upper Dublin Education Foundation, which benefits from event revenues. Since 1985, this event has been honoring the extraordinary in Upper Dublin. The event not only survived these many years, but also flourished. Note: The program has been recorded and will be available for viewing online. Visit udefoundtion.org
