The Berks County Sheriff is looking for two fugitives

The Berks County Sheriff’s Office is looking for the following fugitives:
Roy Rosario-Santiago, 37, most recently of the 400 block of Linden Street, is charged with criminal use of communication, possession of a controlled substance (heroin/fentanyl), shoplifting and receiving stolen property. He is about 5 feet 4 inches tall and 160 pounds. On Jan. 20, Berks County detectives charged Rosario-Santiago with criminal use of communications to deliver heroin/fentanyl in Redding. Defendant also faces retail theft charges filed by the Exeter Police Department for two separate theft incidents in that jurisdiction.

Shadid Morgan, 42, who was recently living in Philadelphia on charges of sale or transfer of a firearm and forgery without oath. he is about 6’2″ and 190 lbs. On February 28, Morgan attempted to purchase a firearm at the Morgantown Gun Show. Morgan marked “no” in his statement if he had ever been convicted of a specific charge that prevented him from legally purchasing a firearm, police said. Morgan knowingly made false statements on an ATF form in an attempt to purchase a firearm.
