Although she is an excellent lawyer, she had to threaten to sue her firm for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act when they tried to fire her for behavior stemming from her symptoms.

She is a highly respected attorney and partner at Johnny’s firm. Over the course of 30 years, Janet represented Dr. Glassman in several legal cases, which led Glassman to seek her services to help his protégé Sean.

Over her long career, Janet developed a cynical side that led her to fire Johnny. But when Sean chooses Johnny to represent him over Janet, she is forced to give Johnny a rope to possibly hang them both. Casting for Johnny and Janet has already begun.
