The Lehigh Valley Top Workplaces nomination deadline has been extended. Bring them by September 30 – Morning Call

Do you walk into your grocery store every week, see smiling employees chatting and laughing, and think it’s a very nice place to work?

Maybe you love your bank, where the tellers remember your names (and can look up your account numbers) and greet your dog with treats? Maybe you think you should tell people about it.

What about your health care provider: dentist or physical therapist? Do you always recommend them when someone calls you on social media?

Or maybe it’s your own work that you love? Do you come home from a long shift and tell your partner how good your day was? How much did your boss listen to you, were you able to solve the problem, did you make the customer happy? Do you tell your friends they should work there? It’s not too late to tell the rest of the Lehigh Valley.

Employer nomination deadline for The Morning Call’s 11th annual edition Lehigh Valley’s Best Jobs the rewards program has been extended until September 30.

Any organization with 35 or more employees in the Lehigh Valley region is eligible to participate; it does not matter if they are public, private, non-profit or government.

At the moment, more than 70 companies from the region have registered to participate in it. Jobs are rated by employees using a short 24-question survey. The survey of companies will be conducted until October.

Winners will be honored at an awards ceremony in March and will be featured in the annual Top Workplaces special section.

Energage, the project’s research partner, conducts media surveys in 61 markets and surveys more than 2 million employees in more than 8,000 organizations in 2021.

Last year, Energage sent surveys to nearly 10,000 Lehigh Valley workers at 55 area employers. Their answers were used to determine the 25 best jobs in 2022.
