At their newest restaurant, north of Coopersburg, they are already planning several fundraisers and partnerships, including the men’s Lacrosse Southern Lehigh High School fundraiser, to be held April 27 from 4pm to 8pm, where 20% of all sales are for the team; an event on April 28, National Superhero Day, where local firefighters, police, health workers, teachers and veterans receive free mixed meals; fundraising Southern Lehigh Cross Country Booster Club, 16-20 hours on May 23, where 20% of all profits are brought to the club; June 14 from 16.00 to 20.00 youth lacrosse gathering in Saucon Valley, where 20% of sales go to the program; and a catering partnership with Betty Lou’s Pantry, a ministry of churches in the South Leahy area, where customers who bring the designated food will receive a free product from McDonald’s.
