The Prague platform for tenants Spaceflow costs 8 million euros

Czech digital platform for tenants and landlords Space Stream raised 8 million euros in funding. The funds will stimulate the development and expansion of startup products in Scandinavia, the UK, the Benelux and the DACH region.

The Swedish investment group is leading in the round Guide. The partnership will make the startup an even stronger player in the tenant experience segment through integration into the Hydda ecosystem. The Swedish investment group is also aiming to present a European IPO with a full portfolio of proprietary technologies.

Launched by Lukas Balik and Jan Djilek, the Prague startup uses the “Space as a Service” (SPaaS) trend to connect users to their buildings through features focused on booking, payments, community, events and services. Spaceflow also serves as a platform for IoT and other smart building integrations such as mobile access systems.

Lucas Balik, co-founder and CEO of Spaceflow, said: “Landlords need to implement technology to fully unleash the potential of their portfolios and focus everything around their end users. This collaboration with the Hydda Group gives us deeper knowledge of the market and connections with other players in river technology. ”

Philip Garanson, Hydda Group’s Chief Commercial Officer said: “Hydda aims to become Europe’s largest group of props. Spaceflow is our first investment outside of Scandinavia and fits perfectly into the Hydda ecosystem. The space we use for work and life needs a smart and easy-to-use remote control. ”
