Voice Season 22 of the fan-favorite Blind Auditions continues with Night 2, and this year’s competition features a variety of talent.

Trainers Gwen Stefani, John Legend, Blake Sheltonand a beginner Camila Cabello, were blown away by the performers during the second half of the premiere, which featured singers specializing in genres such as mariachi, country and alternative. Before diving into the audition process, Night 1 contestant Kate Kalvach finally made her decision, choosing Team Blake for her next journey Voice.

Reyna Leigh sings “Cielto Lindo” by Quirino Mendoza and Cortez

This 13-year-old Arizona hopeful sings mariachi and loves to represent her culture through music. Along with her family, Rayna wowed Gwen and Camila, who flipped their chairs for the girl’s stunning performance. In the end, Rayna chose Camille’s team.

Bryce Leatherwood performs Blake Shelton’s “Goodbye Time”

This 23-year-old contestant from Georgia developed a love for country music while spending time on his grandfather’s farm. He quickly caught the attention of veteran coaches Blake, Gwen, and John, but the deal was largely due to genre tastes, as Bryce chose Blake’s team.

Alyssa Vitrado sings No Doubt’s “Don’t Speak”

At 19, this California native relied heavily on music to get her through tough times, especially when her parents were divorcing. Both Camilla and Gwen turned their chairs for the young artist, loving her rendition of the tune Stefani helped make famous in the ’90s. In the end, Alice chose Team Gwen.

Devix performs Glass Animals’ “Heat Waves”

Cello sings “Just the Two of Us” by Grover Washington Jr. and Bill Withers

Chelo, 22, from Pennsylvania, real name Marcello, was joined by their best friends, whom they call brothers, Emmanuel and Justin. ​​​​​​Though Chela is a remote customer service representative in his day-to-day life, he hopes to become the music artist he always dreamed of being. Kevin Hawkins performs Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely”

A seventh and eighth grade piano teacher from Dallas, Texas, Kevin earned four chairs for his incredible audition. But Kevin only got to choose his team from three judges when Gwen used her block to stop her fellow coach John from recruiting the performer. In the end, Kevin surprised the coaches by choosing Blake’s team.

Sadie Bass sings “Stupid Boy” by Keith Urban

Originally from Michigan, 25-year-old Sadie now lives in Nashville, where she is pursuing her dream of becoming a singer. Stage fright was a big obstacle for hopeful Sadie Voice can help her overcome her fear. She caught the attention of both Gwen and Blake, leaving the couple to fight over her loyalty. When it came down to the decision, Sadie chose Team Gwen.

Brayden Lap performs “This Town” by Niall Horan

A 6-foot-4 athlete from Michigan, Brayden, despite his 15-year-old age, sounded mature. His performance was exciting enough for Camilla to encourage Blake to turn around. As the only substitute coach, the cross-country expert welcomed Brayden to Blake’s team with open arms. And as soon as the other coaches looked at Brayden, they were all jealous that they didn’t turn around.

Peyton Aldridge sings “Can’t You See” by Marshall Tucker

The 25-year-old assistant coach from Cleveland, Mississippi, hopes to make it big, but can’t help but reflect on the people who got him to where he is, especially his stepfather, who he recognized during his audition. After performing “Can’t You See”, Peyton earned a spin on the chairs from John, Gwen, and Blake, the latter of whom was not allowed to participate because John used his block against him. In the end, Peyton chose Team Legend.
