Tips and services on Remembrance Day in Berks County

The Remembrance Day ceremony in Hamburg, sponsored by the American Legion and Foreign War Veterans, will begin on May 30 at 9 p.m.
The parade will begin at the war memorial on Second and State streets with a ceremony. The second ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church on North Fifth Street.
The main ceremony at 10:15 in the cemetery of the Lutheran Church of St. John, 99 Church of St.
In case of rain, all ceremonies will be held in the field house of the Hamburg Fire Company on Pine Street.

Shillington Remembrance Day
The American Legion Reber-Moore Post 635 from Shillington presents its 94th annual
Parade and ceremony for Remembrance Day.
The events will take place on May 30 at 10.30
The parade is scheduled to begin in Shillington Park and end at Shillington City Hall.
