The American Musical Theater made a statement in light of the rock ‘n’ roll singer The death of Bobby Rydel on Tuesday.
Rydel was scheduled to perform at the American Musical Theater in September with Frankie Avalon and Fabian as part of Dick Fox’s “Golden Boys.”
The American Musical Theater has not yet announced plans for ticket holders for the show. According to the statement, people from the box office will notify ticket holders after talking to the Avalon and Fabian teams.
“We are terribly sad to learn about the death of a wonderful friend, family man and performer. A true class on stage and beyond, as well as a true fan and music fan, Bobby can be found among the audience here as often as before. His presence will be very much lacking. Our thoughts and prayers are directed to Linda, her entire family and his vast group of friends and fans, “the American Music Theater said in a statement on its landing page for the concert.
As of Wednesday afternoon tickets are still on sale for the September 11 show at 3 p.m. Tickets range from $ 69 to $ 89.
